Paradise Valley Arizona - A Nice Isolated Existence In The Desert

Town Motto - "There Is a Reason We Call This Paradise"

$30 Million Cars Not Included

A small yet opulent town well tucked inside of Maricopa County. Hosting less than 15,000 select residents the tiny town of 15.5 miles has some of the most spectacular pieces of real estate in the country. A well kept secret, at least to a degree Paradise Valley has managed to seamlessly merge the Rock-filled Cactus littered landscape of a beige desert with some technologically advanced homes the world has ever seen. Using some of the most exotic materials known to man these properties are hand built, artistically created to to sit contrasting here in this timeless desert amongst Earth's most abundant elements. Visually stunning both inside and out several Multi-Million dollar homes seemingly define the town as they sit comfortable nestled in the seemingly endless backdrop of Rocks and Cactus. The mountains that seem to be every where in Paradise Valley only serve to enhance the scenic beauty from a larger perspective. They also seem to add that final touch of isolated exclusivity. By sheer size and beauty homes here seem to selfishly claim their own portion of Paradise Valley a few square feet at a time.

An interesting fact about Paradise Valley is that even though it is clearly one of the smallest cities in the country it has at last count 12 of the nicest resorts a person could end up at. With one of the most notable being the 5-Star Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort And Spa. A true by definition resort this one is gently dug into the North side of Camelback Mountain and  as expected offers some amazing views of a West Coast Sun both rising and setting. The awesomely ergonomic Blue, Orange, and Green Oriented rooms constantly reminds you, you are at a resort and everything here over the next 2 weeks is to be enjoyed.

Mummy Mountain Dream Estate
Although it is a mere 15.5 Square of miles of Cactus filled land amazingly Paradise Valley holds well over a Billion dollars in Residential Real Estate alone. Residing in Paradise Valley has several benefits, it'll put you in jogging distance of just as many rich & famous residents as living in Florida would. Another benefit is how the town just kind of sits "in the middle of nowhere" both the town and its resident seem content enough to live a self-sustained existence seemingly out in the middle of nowhere. Yet when you look at it a little closer with everything being on such personal private highly catered level as they are in Paradise Valley to live such a self-sustaining off and away style of life isn't so far fetched. Of course it depends as well on just how much one may want to touch base with the rest of world? Existing within 27,000 Feet with access to 9 Bedrooms and 13 Baths one may not have a host of reasons to leave with most necessities being brought into him, Paradise Valley affords those privileges to its residents.

Greg & Ruth Burke Owners

Who lives in Paradise Valley? After doing some research I was impressed with the large list of notable residents that lived in Paradise Valley. According to public records, Greg & Ruth picked up the property on the left for a mere $2.9 back in 2010. Since which time  Mr. Burke has placed another $3 Million into renovations.

Current "Notable" Paradise Valley Residents

Perfectly named as it is truly a Paradise that sits neatly in a Valley. Fortunately Real Estate is currently open and available.
